How do I return my order?
In accordance with EU regulations, all our products are subject to a 14-day return and exchange period, excluding hygiene products (such as underwear).
Our mission is to be a safe and reliable shopping channel for our customers, so that's why we also follow the guidelines of the Consumer Ombudsman regarding error liability. The 14-day return right starts from the moment you have received the product.

Products to be returned must be intact, unused and in salable condition.

Please note that not picking up the item from Posti is not the same as canceling the order. The goods must first be picked up from Posti, and then returned according to the return instructions.

You can also cancel the order before it has been mailed. You can cancel the order by sending a message to our customer service. In this case, the order will be canceled and the money will be returned promptly. If the order has been mailed in time, it is not possible to cancel the order, but the products still have a right of return within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product. For unclaimed packages, we charge the customer the return shipping costs.

If the sales packaging of the product has not been opened and the product is in good condition, the return can be made as a cash refund. If the sales package has already been opened, but the contents of the package are intact, i.e. the product can still be sold as new to another customer, the return can be made in exchange for another product.

Fill out the return form that comes with the order. To fill out the form, you need the order number and email address associated with your order. If you can't find them in your email, please contact our customer service and we will help you make a return.

Take the return package to any Post office and keep the receipt you received from the return. You can get more detailed instructions from customer service. Important! Choose the cheapest form of delivery. We can only reimburse you for the delivery fee you previously paid.

You will receive an acknowledgment from us when your return has been received.
If more than 3 weeks have passed since your return and you still haven't received an email from us, please contact our customer service and send us a photo/copy of the return receipt you received from Posti.
When we have processed your return, you will receive information about a replacement product or a refund to your email. If it is a transaction cancellation and a refund, the refund will be paid within 2 weeks of processing your return to the same payment card or account from which the payment originally came to us.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns, so the customer must pay the shipping costs unless the product is defective. If the product is defective, we will of course offer a 100% refund for the product and the shipping costs, or we will send you a new product for free.
